INSTALLATION AND USE OF BUOBOX
Professional application to manage, download, and play authorized movies, games, and fulldome content.
Connection with your account
BUOBOX connects with buofulldome.com to link the device, check licenses, update the catalog, and manage authorized content. The application is activated via the APP code available in the customer profile.
Starting up
Installation and activation
Download the official version available in your profile, install it, and enter the APP code. During the first linking, the licensee's details and acceptance of the terms of use may be requested.

Licenses and catalog
The application automatically recognizes movies, subscriptions, free content, and games assigned to the account. Each access shows its status, validity, and available uses.
Usage dates
Validity of licenses
The validity begins when the purchase is paid for and the license is issued. Activating it later in the app does not restart, stop, or extend its expiration date.
Usage reservation
Calendar subscriptions
The usage days must be reserved in advance from the customer’s profile. If two units are purchased, two independent cards will appear.

The entire catalog available from BUOBOX
BUOBOX allows you to consult our complete catalog of available films, download authorized content, and play it within the application using a single license or a temporary subscription. Once downloaded and validated, they can be used offline during the authorized grace period, making BUOBOX especially useful in planetariums with limited, unstable, or faulty connections.

Download and playback
Select the language, download the content, and choose the available projection mode: Fisheye or Warp. Some content can be played offline when the license allows it.

Security and responsible use
BUOBOX incorporates license controls, devices, downloads, and plays. The user must safeguard their codes and not share the licenses with unauthorized third parties.
Maintenance
Updates and operation
Always use official versions and keep enough space for downloads. Some features may require an Internet connection or an application update.
Linked devices
Authorized devices
The account and its licenses can only be used on the number of devices allowed by the contracted conditions. Do not share the APP code or link computers that do not belong to the licensed entity.
Before projecting
Session preparation
Download the movies in advance and check the language, sound, Fisheye or Warp mode, and available space before the screening. This way, you will avoid depending on the Internet connection during the projection.
Replacement or incident
Equipment change and assistance
If you change the computer, reinstall the system or lose access to the linked device, do not attempt to manually transfer protected files. Contact BUO Fulldome to review the linking and keep the license properly associated.
License limitations
It is prohibited to copy, extract, modify, rent, lend, transfer, resell, distribute or use the contents outside the contracted conditions.
